Purpose of Processing:
- Processing and responding to your inquiry submitted via the online form
- Contacting you to coordinate and respond to follow-up questions
- Internal review of your interest in possible participation in player consulting (no automated decision-making, no profiling)
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a contractual relationship or binding participation in player consulting.
Legal Bases:
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Legitimate interest in efficiently processing and responding to inquiries)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Pre-contractual communication, insofar as your inquiry aims at potential collaboration)
Storage Duration: The data you provide via the form will be stored only as long as necessary to process your inquiry. After completion of the request or when the purpose ceases to apply, the data will be deleted, unless legal retention obligations prevent this.
Disclosure
Your data will generally not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions include technical service providers (e.g., hosting or form providers) who act on our behalf within the framework of data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 DSGVO.
No transfer to other recipients or third countries takes place unless required by law or you have expressly consented to such transfer.

Right to Object
Art. 21 DSGVOWhere your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) DSGVO, you have the right under Article 21 DSGVO to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your right to object, an email to office@ipsmfootball.com is sufficient.

The processing of the data you provide in the contact form is based on Article 6(1)(f) DSGVO (legitimate interest) and, where your inquiry relates to a potential contract, on Article 6(1)(b) DSGVO (pre-contractual measures). We use the data solely to respond to your inquiry and to initiate or perform contractual services.
Once your inquiry has been completed, the collected data will be routinely deleted unless statutory retention periods prevent this. If your inquiry results in or relates to a contractual relationship, we will continue to process your data as long as necessary for contract performance. Thereafter, the data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
You may also object at any time to the processing of the personal data you provided in the contact form and request their deletion if processing is no longer necessary. Please send your deletion request informally to the email address or postal address stated in Section 1.
